This machine is designed for medium production. It produces up to 750 boards in an 8-
hour period, regardless the model of part to be vibrated.
• VIBRATION: Medium Vibration Scale 7.5 = Tubular system machined between the ends with 4
bearings, in other words, 2 on each end and with 2 lubrication spots for each vibrator. The bearings
are lubricated with grease and they are automotive graded, therefore being easy to locate and to
replace.
• GUIDES: The molds are suspended by means of 4 guides that assure the accuracy of the block
removal. The compaction weight (32 mm of thickness and width according to the size of the machine)
is routed by 2 guides. These guides as well as their bushings are movable thus allowing the user to
easily perform the replacements.
• EXTRACTION CART: The Extraction cart runs over 4 bearings coded # 6305.
• FRAME: Tubular Mono block Frame made of 50 X 50 tubing suited to allow the machine to be fixed on
the floor or moveable (for constructions sites).
• MOTOR: Our machines are equipped with an Electric Motor (single phase or triphasic). Those who do
not have access to electric energy may choose to use the Multi Flex Line or conduct modifications
according to the specified for the Super Industrial 3 in 1 series.
• MOLDS AND CUPS: Molded on cold forged profile thus reducing the amount of weld spots assuring
increased resistance, accuracy and better finishing. The set of molds can be easily replaced according
to your needs by means of screws of easy fixation. Therefore this model allows you to produce
Structural Blocks, Insulation, ½ Block, Trenches, Tubing Blocks for column production, Pavers, Casting
Elements, Vases for plants and decoration, through this single replacement, Tavela (Flooring Tiles for
Pre Slab), Structural Modules, vibration pressed Ecological Bricks and the BRASILEIRINHO also.
